Our Board is legally responsible for the effective running of the organisation and makes the strategic and financial decisions. They delegate the day-to-day management to Soha’s staff.
There are over 220 staff across 3 specialist directorates and Soha Response, our in-house repairs and maintenance team. Our staff work in a hybrid way – this might mean at home, in the community, or at our office in Didcot.
We will always do our best to help you: where a member of staff is working on the day you contact us will not affect the service they can give.
